What Does a Project Coordinator Do at Fish?
Act as the primary point of contact within agency teams and for freelancers
Juggle multiple projects and shift priorities/resources regularly
Ensure all project team members are collaborating and receiving needed assets (content, imagery, client feedback, etc.) to successfully deploy or launch client initiatives and campaigns
Dive into new projects and assemble the best team that is appropriate for the work using both internal and external resources
Act as the central hub of communication between the Brand/Account team and the Creative/Digital teams to ensure that the client and the entire project team is kept up-to-speed on the project
Track progress of projects within project management software to ensure that they are delivered on schedule and on budget and meet the agency’s high quality standards
Work with the project management team to plan agency resources and determine if/when external resources are needed
Scope and estimate new projects in partnership with the Brand/Account team and department heads
Assist with proofing and trafficking final deliverables to both internal and external stakeholders
As needed, assist with the development of digital assets, including populating websites, publishing blogs, etc.
What Makes a Project Coordinator at FIsh:
1-2 years of agency experience is preferred
Prefer a basic understanding or strong interest in digital marketing, including SEO, web development, WordPress, email marketing, paid digital advertising, and organic social media management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and organized
Handles pressure with grace
Proficient knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Project Management Software. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Willingness to dive in on projects and get your hands dirty
Passion for marketing and production
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment, with limited supervision
